30 Rules, regulations and orders. E+W

(1) Any power of the Secretary of State F3 . . . to make rules, regulations or orders under this Part—

(a) shall be exercisable by statutory instrument; and

(b) shall include power to make different provision for different cases or classes of case.

(2) A statutory instrument containing any rules, regulations or order under this Part F4 . . . shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
