The Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (c.53) E+W+S

86 E+W+SIn section 14 of that Act (use of records kept by operators of goods vehicles) after the word “proceedings” there shall be inserted the words “ for an offence under section 40A of the Road Traffic Act 1988 or ”.
