Schedule 11 (compensation in respect of certain orders affecting mineral working) is omitted.

Without prejudice to section 17(2)(b) of the M1Interpretation Act 1978, any regulations made or having effect as if made by virtue of Schedule 11 to the principal Act shall, to the extent that they are in force on the coming into force of this paragraph, have effect as if made under section 116 of the principal Act as substituted by paragraph 9 of this Schedule.
