Part I E+W Amendments of the Highways Act 1980

10 E+W In section 285 of the Highways Act 1980 (power of Minister to execute certain road improvements), in subsection (6) (provisions for purposes of which Minister to be treated as acting as agent of local highway authority) for “the Public Utilities Street Works Act 1950” substitute “ Part III of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 ”.
