Transport Act 1982 (c. 49) E+W+S

12 E+W+S In section 70(2)(a) of the Transport Act 1982 (payments in respect of applicants for exemption from wearing seat belts) after sub-paragraph (i) there shall be inserted—

“(iA) a disability living allowance under section 37ZA of that Act;”.
