81 Authorities exercising functions under Act. E+W

In this Act “local planning authority” [F1 means a local planning authority for an area in England and] shall be construed in accordance with Part I of the principal Act and Schedule 4 to this Act (which makes further provision as to the exercise of functions under this Act).
