SCHEDULE 4Further Provisions as to exercise of functions by different authorities

Any application for listed building consent under section 10 shall, if relating to land in a National Park, be made to the district planning authority who shall, unless it falls to be determined by them, send it on to the county planning authority.
2
Where any such application relating to land in a National Park falls to be determined by a county planning authority, that authority shall before determining it consult with the district planning authority for the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
