All amounts received by F4S4C under section 61 F5... shall be kept by F6S4C in a separate fund (in this section referred to as “the public service fund”) which may be applied only for the purposes of F7fulfilling S4C’s public service remit.

(3)

No S4C company shall receive any direct or indirect subsidy from the public service fund.

(4)

F8S4C shall secure that no F9audiovisual content which has been wholly or partly financed out of the public service fund is included in a F10relevant audiovisual service provided by an S4C company before it is first F11included in a relevant audiovisual service provided by S4C in fulfilling its public service remit.

In subsection (4), “audiovisual content” and “relevant audiovisual service” have the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Communications Act 2003 (see section 362 of that Act).
