10In section 4(5) (restrictions on advertising in connection with private hire-cars), in the definition of “advertisement”, for “or by inclusion in a cable programme service” substitute “or by inclusion in any programme service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service”.
