The report must include a statement of how the Service are proposing to carry out their functions during the next financial year.

The report shall have attached to it the statement of accounts for the year and a copy of any report made by the auditors on that statement.

F4OFCOM shall send a copy of each annual report received by them in accordance with this paragraph to the Secretary of State who shall lay copies of it before each House of Parliament.

Where an annual report is sent by F4OFCOM under sub-paragraph (3) to the Scottish Ministers (by virtue of provision made under section 63 of the Scotland Act 1998), the Scottish Ministers shall lay a copy of the report before the Scottish Parliament.
