12(1)As soon as possible after the end of each financial year, the Committee shall prepare a general report of their proceedings during that year and transmit it to the Commission.U.K.
(2)The report shall have attached to it the statement of accounts for the year and a copy of any report made by the auditors on that statement.
(3)The Commission shall send a copy of each annual report received by them in accordance with this paragraph to the Secretary of State who shall lay copies of it before each House of Parliament.
[F1(4)Where an annual report is sent by the Commission under sub-paragraph (3) to the Scottish Ministers (by virtue of provision made under section 63 of the Scotland Act 1998), the Scottish Ministers shall lay a copy of the report before the Scottish Parliament.]
