SCHEDULE 1 The Independent Television Commission: Supplementary Provisions

As soon as possible after the end of every financial year, the Commission shall prepare a general report of their proceedings during that year, and transmit it to the Secretary of State who shall lay copies of it before each House of Parliament.

The report shall include a report by the Commission on the extent to which holders of Channel 3 or Channel 5 licences have failed to comply with the conditions included in their licences in pursuance of section 33(1)(a).

The report shall have attached to it the statement of accounts for the year and a copy of any report made by the auditors on that statement, and shall include such information (including information relating to the financial position of the Commission) as the Secretary of State may from time to time direct.
