In paragraph 1(2) of the First Schedule to the Charities Act 1960 (charity commissioners) for the words “barristers or solicitors” there shall be substituted “persons who have a 7 year general qualification, within the meaning of section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.”
