39In subsection (2) of section 7 of the Antarctic Minerals Act 1989 (which relates to the Secretary of State’s power to give directions), for the words “section 91 of the Court of Session Act 1868” there shall be substituted the words “section 45 of the Court of Session Act 1988”.
