F1Sch. 3A inserted (1.12.1997) by S.I. 1994/1900, art. 9,Sch.; (convention in force in respect of U.K. on 1.12.1997; see London Gazette 22.10.1997).
F2The Convention on the law applicable to contractual obligations is hereby amended as follows:
(1)Article 22(2), Article 27 and the second sentence of Article 30(3) shall be deleted.
(2)The reference to Article 27 in Article 31(d) shall be deleted]
