In Schedule 16 to the Electricity Act 1989—
a
in paragraph 1(1) (interpretation), at the end there shall be added the following head—

in paragraph 3(2) (interpretation), after head (h) there shall be inserted the following head—

section 9 of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990;
