In the Table in section 98 of the M1Taxes Management Act 1970 (penalties for failure to comply with notices etc.) there shall be inserted in the first and second columns, after the entry relating to regulations under section 476(1) of the Taxes Act 1988— “ regulations under section 477A(1); ”.
