27 In section 21 of the M1 Registered Homes Act 1984 (meaning of “nursing home”) in subsection (3)(a) (premises excluded from the definition) for the words “hospital or” there shall be substituted “health service hospital, within the meaning of the National Health Service Act 1977, or any”.
