Supplemental
F155 Water supply: England and Wales.
Nothing in Part 2 of this Act or any regulations or order made under that Part shall apply in relation to the supply of water to any premises, whether—
(a)
by a water undertaker;
(b)
by a F2water supply licensee (within the meaning of the Water Industry Act 1991); or
(c)
by means of a private supply (within the meaning of Part 3 of that Act).
