41 Power to require returns.

Every food authority shall send to F2the Secretary of StateF3or to the Food Standards Agencysuch reports and returns, and give him F4or it such information, with respect to the exercise of the functions conferred on them by or under this Act as he F4or it may require.

In the application of this section to Scotland, the references to the Food Standards Agency are to be read as references to Food Standards Scotland.
