The Weights and Measures Act 1985 (c. 72) E+W+S

34 E+W+S In section 94(1) of that Act (interpretation), in the definition of “drugs” and “food” for the words “Food Act 1984, or, in Scotland, the M1 Food and Drugs (Scotland) Act 1956” there shall be substituted the words “ Food Safety Act 1990 ”.
