The Farm and Garden Chemicals Act 1967 (c. 50) E+W+S

5 E+W+S In section 4 of the Farm and Garden Chemicals Act 1967 (evidence of analysis of products)—

(a) in subsection (3), for the words “section 76 of the M1 Food Act 1984” there shall be substituted the words “ section 27 of the Food Safety Act 1990 ”; and

(b) in subsection (7)(c), the words from “for the reference” to “1956” shall cease to have effect.
