In section 2(3) of the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981, for the words “Section 284 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “Section 330 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.

In section 6(2) of that Act, for the words “Section 283 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “Section 329 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.

In section 11(6) of that Act, for the words “section 290(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
