In section 2(1)(a) of the [1977 c. 7.] Nuclear Industry (Finance) Act 1977 (under which the limit on the commitment of public finance to British Nuclear Fuels plc stands at £1,500 million), for the words from “ £1,000 million” to the end of the paragraph there shall be substituted the words “ £2,000 million;”.
