A prisoner discharged from a prison situated outside the F2. . . area in which he was convicted shall be entitled to be taken back to that F2. . . area at the expense of the Secretary of State.

In this section, “area” means the area of a council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994.
