50E+W+SIn Schedule 2 to that Act (meaning of “relevant licence” and “relevant tenancy”), in paragraph 2 (meaning of “relevant tenancy”)after “applies” there shall be inserted “ a tenancy to which Schedule 10 to the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 applies ”.
