49 E+W+S In section 33 of the M1 Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 (suspension of condition attached to planning permission), in subsection (2) after the words “let on or subject to” there shall be inserted “ anassured agricultural occupancy, within the meaning of Chapter III of Part I of the Housing Act 1988, or ”.

50 E+W+S In Schedule 2 to that Act (meaning of “relevant licence” and “relevant tenancy”), in paragraph 2 (meaning of “relevant tenancy”)after “applies” there shall be inserted “ a tenancy to which Schedule 10 to the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 applies ”.
