55In Schedule A1 to the [1980 c. 44.] Education (Scotland) Act 1980, for paragraph 9 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“9There shall be paid to members of an appeal committee constituted in accordance with this Schedule such allowances as may be determined by the Secretary of State.”
