SCHEDULE 5 Dissolution of Training Commission: Supplementary Provisions
Provisions as to the vesting of property etc. of Commission

Anything done by or in relation to the Commission, if in force or effective immediately before the date on which this Act is passed, shall have effect, so far as may be required for continuing its effect on or after that date, as if done by or in relation to the relevant Minister.

Anything which immediately before that date was in the process of being done by or in relation to the Commission may be continued on or after that date by or in relation to the relevant Minister.

This paragraph applies in particular to things done by or in relation to the Commission for purposes of, or in connection with, functions which are transferred to the Secretary of State by section 22(4) of, and Schedule 4 to, this Act; but sub-paragraph (1) is subject to paragraph 7 of this Schedule.
