(1)A person subject to a banning order who fails to comply with—
(a)any requirement imposed by the order, or
(b)any requirement imposed under section 19(2B) or (2C) below,
is guilty of an offence.
(2)A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or both.]
