51Power of High Court to revise contracts

In section 32 of the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1976 in subsection (1) for the words from “but” onwards there are substituted “but this subsection has effect subject to subsection (1A).”

After that subsection there is inserted—
1A
Where a complaint has been presented to the Tribunal under section 24, the complainant or respondent may apply to the High Court to revise the contract or any of its terms.
