Introductory
F13FAuthority to consult and cooperate with other authorities
(1)
When carrying out its F2designated regulatory functions the Authority must, wherever it thinks fit—
(a)
consult and cooperate with the F3 Northern Ireland Authority;
(b)
(c)
consult relevant national authorities.
(2)
In exercising functions in accordance with subsection (1) the Authority must, wherever it thinks fit, cooperate with the F7Northern Ireland Authority with a view F8... to—
