6E+W+SAny maximum charge fixed by an Electricity Board under section 29 of the M1Electricity Act 1957 or section 23 of the M2Electricity (Scotland) Act 1979 for the resale of electricity supplied by it which is effective on the day appointed for the coming into force of section 44 of this Act shall have effect as a maximum price fixed by the Director under the said section 44 for the resale of electricity so supplied.
