32In section 70(4)(b) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (supplies of gas, water, electricity etc. to certain individuals), for the words from “an Electricity Board (within the meaning of the Energy Act 1983)” there shall be substituted the words “a public electricity supplier within the meaning of Part I of the Electricity Act 1989”.
