The Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (c. 67) E+W+S

28 E+W+SIn section 28 of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (acquisition of rights over land by the creation of new rights), after paragraph (g) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(h) paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Electricity Act 1989.”
