69E+WIn paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (buildings in relation to which a Secretary of State is the appropriate authority for the purposes of section 74 of that Act), for the words “a water authority or by a statutory water company as defined in section 38 of the Water Act 1973” there shall be substituted the words “the National Rivers Authority, a water undertaker or a sewerage undertaker”.
