Paragraph 5(3) of Schedule 1 to the Coal Industry Act 1975 (supplementary provisions relating to right to withdraw support) shall have effect as if the reference to a company or other body or person carrying on an undertaking primarily for the supply of water for public purposes or to members of the public included a reference to the Authority, a water undertaker and a sewerage undertaker.
