In section 24(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1972—
a
in paragraph (a), for “section 101(4) of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “section 27(3) of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988”, and
b
in paragraph (b), for “section 95” there is substituted “section 42” and for “subsection (4)” there is substituted “subsection (5)” and for “section 105(5) of that Act” there is substituted “section 47(4) of that Act”.
