15 E+W+S In section 28 of the M1 Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (retention or resumption of land required for public purposes) at the end of subsection (5) (bodies to whom that section applies) there shall be added “and

(g) a housing action trust established under Part III of the Housing Act 1988.”
