General and supplementary Consequential amendments and repeals.251The enactments mentioned in Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect with the amendments there specified (being amendments consequential on the foregoing provisions of this Act).2The enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
