Section 15: extension of time for application under s.14 in certain cases

8 In section 15(1) of the [1949 c. 88.] Registered Designs Act 1949 (power to make rules empowering registrar to extend time for applications under s.14) for “the Board of Trade are satisfied” substitute “the Secretary of State is satisfied” and for “they” substitute “he”.
