46 Maximum term of imprisonment on summary conviction under Prevention of Crime Act 1953 and maximum fine under Restriction of Offensive Weapons Act 1959.E+W+S
(1)In section 1(1)(a) of the M1Prevention of Crime Act 1953 “six months” shall be substituted for “three months".
(2)The maximum fine that may be imposed for an offence under section 1 of the M2Restriction of Offensive Weapons Act 1959 shall be a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
(3)This section shall not have effect in relation to anything done before it comes into force.
