156 Appeals to Crown Court. E+W

In paragraph (a) of section 48(2) of the M1 [F1 Senior Courts Act 1981] (which sets out the powers of the Crown Court on the termination of the hearing of an appeal) for the words “the decision appealed against" there shall be substituted the words “any part of the decision appealed against, including a determination not to impose a separate penalty in respect of an offence".
