Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (c. 53) E+W

9 E+W In section 5 of the M1 Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (rehabilitation periods) the words “detention in a young offender institution" shall be inserted—

(a) in subsection (1)(b), after the words “youth custody"; and

(b) in subsection (2), in Table A, after the word “imprisonment", in both places where it occurs.
