In paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the Backing of Warrants (Republic of Ireland) Act 1965 (powers as to costs and legal aid) for the words from “section 1” to “central funds)” there shall be substituted the words “sections 16(1) and 17(1) of the [1985 c. 23.] Prosecution of Offences Act 1985”.
