Environment and Safety Information Act 1988

5 Short title, commencement and extent. E+W+S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Environment and Safety Information Act 1988.

(2) This Act shall come into force on 1st April 1989.

(3) This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
