18Schedule 9 to the [1981 c. 35.] Finance Act 1981 shall continue to have effect in relation to any relief to which paragraph 9 or 17(1) of that Schedule applied immediately before the commencement of this Act notwithstanding the repeal by this Act of that Schedule.
