PART VIPROTECTION OF CERTAIN STATUTORY UNDERTAKERS
10If in consequence of the exercise of the powers of this Act the access to any apparatus is materially obstructed the appropriate authority shall, so far as reasonably practicable, provide alternative means of access to such apparatus.
