10U.K.None of the development to which the planning permission deemed by section 9(3) of this Act to have been granted under Part III of the Act of 1971 relates shall be begun until the County Council have consulted the district planning authority with regard to the design of the development and the landscaping and noise screening to be undertaken in connection with the development.
