(Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 1) (see section 7 of that Act)).</Addition></Text></P3para></P3></P2para></P2><P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1987/31/section/3/2" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/1987/31/section/3/2" id="section-3-2"><Pnumber>2</Pnumber><P2para><Text>A person is not to be regarded as being a qualifying tenant of any flat contained in any particular premises consisting of the whole or part of a building if <Addition ChangeId="d29p243" CommentaryRef="c10160711">by virtue of one or more tenancies none of which falls within paragraphs (a) to (d) of subsection (1), he is the tenant not only of the flat in question but also of at least two other flats contained in those premises</Addition>.</Text></P2para></P2><P2
